Strange but true, 2 year old xian feng in China underwent surgery after his stomach was distended and suffered breathing difficulties.
Doctors took x-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans and discovered he was carrying an undeveloped foetus of his own twin inside his stomach.
He was immediately rushed to emergency and the surgery was performed. The removed foetus measured 20m in width and had a fully formed spine and limbs with fingers and toes. Both boys are said to be fine.
