WAYS TO EASE A MUSCLE CRAMP.

Don't let cramping muscles slow u down.
1. Step on a cold floor or go to the fridge for ice. Studies show chilly temperatures block pain pathways in the muscles and can reduce spasms in your thighs, calves or feet.

2. Fill up on electrolytes. Low level of calcium, magnesium and potassium often cause muscle cramps. Coconut water or a banana will help replenish these compounds within 10 minutes. Then stretch until the ache stops.
