THE BENEFITS OF BANANAS.

Bananas as we all know is a fruit and unlike oranges and other fruits that pack up loads of vitamin c, some people are quite clueless as to what bananas provide. Well, here is a small collection of the many benefits of bananas.
1. Bananas help protect against muscle cramps during workouts.
2. It helps with calcium loss for people who take less calcium in their foods, having a banana helps replace some of the lost calcium needed.
3. For women, it helps reduce mood swings and PMS.
4. Bananas are high in potassium and low in salt.
5. It aids digestion, proper bowel movement and reduces constipation.
6. Bananas are rich in antioxidants.
7. Eating bananas stabilizes blood sugar and reduces the risk of diabetes.
8. It helps to reduce stomach ulcers and heartburn.
9. When you have a stomach upset, bananas replace lost electrolytes during stooling.

I guess one should rephrase "an apple a day, keeps the doctor away" with "and a banana included".
